The Garden Parlour, located in our own back garden, has been meticulously designed and built by us. It boasts a state-of-the-art deep cleansing Hydrobath, complemented by soothing mood lighting and professional-grade equipment and products, all aimed at achieving the perfect groom for your beloved pet.
Upon your arrival, feel free to park on the drive in front of the substation if you have chosen to drive. This eliminates the need to search for, or pay for parking. As I operate on an appointment-only basis, I will already be in the parlour. Simply head straight into the back garden, and I will be there to greet you. We can have a quick chat about your preferences for your dog's grooming, and then you can leave them with me. I will notify you via text or call when I am nearly finished, so you can come and collect your furry friend. Once you arrive, please take a moment to check over your dog and ensure you are satisfied with the result. Payment can be made conveniently by either cash or card.
I offer full grooms to most breeds with most coat types. All grooms include a two time shampoo and rinse, dry, style/brush/de-shed, ear clean, nail clip, pad wax, breath fresh and fragrance.

Prices will vary depending on how long the groom takes, the condition of the coat and the temperament or difficulty of the dog.
Any dog that is severely matted will result in a full clip off regardless of the owners wishes. This is to ensure the welfare of the dog as heavy matts can be uncomfortable and sometimes painful for the dog. The owner will be notified prior.

Puppy Introduction Package
This is the ideal package to introduce your new puppy to the experience of grooming. They will learn that behaving in the parlour results in rewards and they’ll start to associate being groomed with nice things. This is essential learning for a puppy to avoid them becoming that nightmare dog that all groomers dislike.
This package includes 4x 1 hour sessions, ideally booked every 2 weeks.

All bookings require a non-refundable £10 deposit. The remainder of the payment must be made in full upon collection. Failure to pay upon collection may result in future appointments being refused.

The following surcharges apply:
Flea infestation - £15.00
Difficult dog - £10.00
Matted dog - Moderate £15.00; Excessive £20.00 (groomers discretion)
Late pick up - 15-30 mins £10.00; 30+ mins £15.00

Please tell us if your dog is overly aggressive with people/other pets, we may need to use a muzzle if we deem necessary.

In accordance to the Animal Welfare Act, we will not spend more than 15 minutes de-matting. A matted coat may result in us having to clip the coat short all over - our priority here is the dogs welfare as matting can be painful for the dog and dangerous to remove. Dashing Dogs also reserve the right to charge extra for the sharpening of equipment due to matted coats.

Dashing Dogs reserve the right to refuse/stop services at any time before or during the grooming process, this could be due (but not limited) to an aggressive/stressed dog or health concerns. The cost of the groom will stand.

We ask you ensure your dog has toileted prior to the appointment.

If permission is given for using photos for our social media, only your pets name (first) and breed will be used.

If you are dissatisfied with your pets groom please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve it for you.

Dashing Dogs will obtain immediate veterinary treatment for your dog should it be deemed necessary, all expenses for veterinary care will be covered by the owner.

We will not disclose any of your details to anybody else.

We will not tolerate abuse at anytime. If this does happen, Dashing Dogs reserve the right to retract any contract and refuse any future service.
