We will assign a dedicated and experienced Trek Leader who will visit your home at the scheduled time to take your dog for a fun packed Trek & Play.   • Getting started is simple! Just reach out to us through our website or contact information to schedule an initial, no obligation, induction. During the induction, we'll discuss your requirements, answer any further questions you may have, and create a tailored plan for your furry friend.

  • We take pride in our team of professional Trek Leaders. Each of them undergoes a thorough screening process, including background checks, to ensure reliability and trustworthiness. They also have a genuine love for dogs and have experience handling various breeds and temperaments.

  • Our Trek & Play sessions can last 30, 60, or 90 minutes, providing your dog with ample exercise and mental stimulation. However, we understand that every dog has unique needs, so we tailor each session to the dog and the needs of their owner.

  • Absolutely! We strive to accommodate your schedule and preferences as much as possible. During the initial induction, we will discuss your preferred walking times, frequency, and any specific instructions you may have. Our goal is to create a walking schedule that suits both you and your dog's needs.

  • The safety of your dog is our top priority and our Trek Leaders are trained to handle various situations. We also ensure that all dogs are securely leashed during the walks and avoid high-traffic areas or potential hazards whenever possible.

  • In the rare event that your assigned Trek Leader is unavailable, we have backup Trek Leaders who are equally qualified and familiar with your dog's needs. We strive to maintain a seamless service experience, ensuring that your dog's happiness is never compromised.

  • We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible. If you need to cancel or reschedule a walk, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly and ensure the best possible service for all our clients.
